Q: Do you have an actual store?
A: No, my store is currently only available online.

Q: Is yardage sold by the yard?
A: Yes, all yardage is sold in 1 yard increments; unless it is a remnant.

Q: Is local pick-up free?
A: No, due to CoViD-19, I am not able to provide local pick up.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: If you have an account, Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
If you do not have account, click the 'Service' tab, enter your confirmation number and the email address you ordered with, then enter!


Q: I live in a different country and am only buying yardage, can you ship flat rate envelope instead?
A: Yes! For International shipping, if you are purchasing yardage, fat quarters, charm packs or jelly rolls, I can ship flat rate envelope up to 9 yards or 32 fat quarters or 14 charm packs or 2 42-piece/3 riley blake jelly rolls for $25.00 (total weight up to 4 pounds). Just leave a message at check out for flat rate and I will refund the shipping difference to you.
Layer Cakes can also be shipped in the flat rate envelopes, if you don't mind the cardboard backing taken out and the fabric being folded in half. 

Q: I'd like to know if you still have an item in stock. How can I tell?
A: All available inventory is listed on the site. If an item is sold out, it will no longer appear and you will receive a "can not be found" message.
